Delivery

My Perfume & Beauty Shop delivers all purchases free of charge Australia wide.

Delivery times are as follows:

For Skincare and Cosmetics: Please allow 4-6 postal working days for capital cities or 7-10 postal working days for regional destinations. We suggest having parcels sent to your workplace if you are not able to sign for the delivery at home.

For Fragrances: Fragrances are shipped separate from Skincare and Cosmetics using special arrangements and labelling to conform to dangerous goods legislation as perfume is considered a flammable liquid. Parcels are distributed using road mail only (not airfreight). Unfortunately Express Post is not available for fragrance shipments for this reason. Please allow 7-10 postal working days for delivery.

All orders are delivered free of charge Australia wide and dispatched from our distribution centre. Please Note: We do not have a delivery pick up service or allow pickup of items.

My Perfume & Beauty Shop delivers your parcel via Australia Post or an Australian courier service depending on your geographic location. All items are sent registered and insured and require a signature at the time of delivery.

Where a delivery date has been specified, My Perfume & Beauty Shop will endeavour to affect the delivery by the date specified.

The Buyer agrees to accept delivery of goods even if an earlier or later delivery date has been specified. My Perfume & Beauty Shop will not be responsible for any delay on non-delivery of goods as a result of stock availability, in the event that there is no-one to receive the goods at the delivery address, or events occurring beyond its control. My Perfume & Beauty Shop shall not be in any way liable for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from any such delay or non-delivery.

Returns and Refunds

If goods are damaged or faulty please advise My perfume and Beauty shop within 5 days at orders@myperfumeandbeautyshop.com.au. Once approved damaged and faulty goods are replaced or refunded.

Please choose carefully. My perfume and beauty shop will not exchange or refund if you change your mind or make an incorrect purchase.
